Ordering & Delivery

Q: Which day do you deliver?
A: We deliver fresh meals on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. We are closed on Thursdays — no deliveries on this day.

 

Q: What time will my meals arrive?

A: Meals are delivered fresh between 12pm – 1:00pm, ready for lunch.

Q: When do I need to order by?

A: Order by 9am for SAME DAY delivery.

Q: Which areas do you currently serve?

A: During our soft launch, we're delivering to Truganina Logistics Estate, Truganina Business Park, and surrounding industrial areas in Melbourne's west.

If your business is within this precinct but you were unable to place an order during checkout, please contact us via email or WhatsApp and we'll update our delivery zone to include your address.

Q: Is delivery free?
A: Yes! We offer free delivery for all orders within our service area.
No minimums, no hidden fees, no exceptions, just fresh, flavourful meals delivered to your workplace.

Minimum Order Requirements

Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: Nope! We believe in flexibility. Order as much or as little as you need - whether it's a single meal just for you or a bigger order for your whole team.
 

Q: Can I order for multiple days?

A: Absolutely! You're welcome to order for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday - whatever works for your team. Just keep in mind that each day's meals will be delivered separately on their scheduled day.
 

Q: What if my team wants to place a bulk order for multiple days?
A: That's great! You're welcome to order for multiple days - simply select the meals you'd like for each day and add them to your cart. We'll deliver each day's order fresh on its scheduled day.

Refunds & Changes

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Because we prepare fresh meals each morning and purchase ingredients based on confirmed orders, we cannot accept cancellations or changes once an order is placed.
 

Q: What if I'm unwell and can't receive my order on delivery day?
A: We understand things happen! If you're unable to receive your meal:

  • We'll do our best to share it with other team members on-site

  • If you'd like to discuss options, please email support@happyplates.com.au

  • We'll respond within 3 business days and may offer a partial refund as a goodwill gesture — because we want you and your team to be Happy.
     

Q: Why don't you offer full refunds?
A: We shop fresh from local markets and prepare meals specifically for each order. This helps us:

  • Deliver the freshest meals possible

  • Minimise food waste

  • Keep our prices fair for everyone
     

We hope you understand — and we always do our best to make things right when unexpected situations arise.

Menu & Dietary

Q: Do you accommodate dietary requirements?
A: As a small start-up focused on bulk orders, our capacity is limited. If you have any questions or concerns about ingredients used, please contact us before placing your order — We'll do our best to accommodate where possible!
 

Q: Can I see what's on the menu each week?
A: Absolutely! Visit our Menu page to explore our rotating selection of globally-inspired meals.
