Refund Policy

No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our fresh meal preparation, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed. Here's why:
 

  • We shop for fresh ingredients daily at local markets based on confirmed orders

  • Our team prepares each meal fresh on the morning of delivery

  • We carefully manage inventory to deliver your committed orders while minimizing food waste
     

This means we cannot accept cancellations or process refunds for orders that proceed to preparation.

When Things Don't Go As Planned

We understand that life happens — you might be unwell or unable to come to work on a delivery day. If you've already placed an order and cannot receive it:
 

  • We will do our best to help and discuss the possibility of a refund 

  • We'll share your prepared meal with other team members on-site

We will respond within 3 business days to discuss options. If approved, we may offer a partial refund as a goodwill gesture because we truly want our customers to enjoy a good meal and be HAPPY.
